I am a NY raised PA dweller and though life has taken me around the world, I really do treasure the east coast mountains most of all. I like living slowly and find the most peace and joy in tangible practices like making good food, reading good books, and almost anything outside. I am quiet but playful, I love talking about Scripture (especially with a good cup of coffee in hand), and I have been truly transformed by the gift of the friendships in my life.
——
I have been leading and journeying with others in the spiritual life for 20 years. From the beginning the importance of place, attentiveness, and witness have been woven into the fabric of my life and ministry, long before I had the words to explain it. Place has varied from a summer camp for girls in the Adirondacks of New York to the desert of North Africa or the college campus of Central PA. Attentiveness has been practiced through service in Peru, backpacking in Wyoming, or communal silence at a monastery in NY. It has been as simple as a one-hour contemplative activity or as complex as a multi-week leadership and discipleship programs. Witness has meant both managing a multifaceted staff and program and leading small group retreats with one other leader. The weaving together of my story, experiences, and longings has become how faint a whisper, and I am immensely grateful for the Lord’s work and the gift to offer from that to others.

the team
Leaning into the truth of the role of witness, I prefer to rarely lead alone. I am surrounded by a network to draw from of wonderful, experienced people with gifts varying from wilderness skills to counseling degrees, hospitality, administration, and so much more, and consider it my great privilege to craft spaces alongside them. Depending on your particular needs, any number of different individuals may join or support the space.
